The mission of RUMC is to be a community where all persons may receive the grace and forgiveness of God and become disciples of Jesus Christ. We GATHER to worship God, to PROCLAIM the good news that Jesus is Lord and Savior, and to GROW as believers and disciples. We seek to SERVE one another and the world by reaching out in love and service as Christ’s hands.
Everywhere Fun Fair--VBS 2013

From July 15-19, children ages 3 1/2 through 5th grade are invited to join RUMC for Vacation Bible School. Our Everywhere Fun Fair VBS takes children to a global celebration with the look and feel of a world’s fair. Children will make friends with neighbors around the world and discover that God’s love can be found everywhere, including their own neighborhoods. Children will be introduced to special places from all over the world and discover that we are all neighbors and all children of God.

Summer 2013 Book Study
Join us as we spend 7 weeks looking at Gil Rendle's book Journey in the Wilderness: New Life for Mainline Churches. This book asks churches to hear "the call to a new mission, and a new faithfulness."
Two sessions are offered:
Tuesdays at 10 am beginning June 18
Thursdays at 7 pm beginning June 20
